Finding Inspiration to Help Others in Every Turn

Meet our Founders

Our Story

The Two Step was born from the powerful synergy of lifelong advocates for seniors—all raised in a culture where caring for their elders was a way of life. With decades of experience, they have successfully developed and delivered innovative programs that have reached seniors in multiple states, across diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Every senior deserves the dignity to age in place as long as possible—and to enjoy the highest quality of life in their next chapter of living.

Meet The Team

About Michael

Michael was raised in a close-knit, faith-based, three-generation Lebanese-Italian family, where he learned the values of service, compassion, and keeping loved ones at home as long as possible. Those lessons became deeply personal when, at the young age of 10, he cared for his father during a long battle with lung cancer, and later for his grandmother as she aged in place. These formative experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for improving care, accessibility, and quality of life for seniors, veterans, and families.
